Q1. I need to register for my
initial practical exam. What do I do?
A. Know the registration
deadline~ Every exam date has a registration deadline of 30 days prior.
For instance if you wish to test on July 12, your $50 money order and personal information must be received
in our office on or before June 12 ~ or 30 days before the exam date of choice.
Q2. Oh, I
see. So what personal information needs to arrive in the Region V office 30 days before the day I want to test?
A. To be able to appropriately prepare the practical exam for you, we need your:

A. No. Just include the above 8 items of information on a blank sheet of paper and mail into our office with the $50 m.o.
Q4. Why do you need my email address?
A. We send exam confirmations via email only.
If you fail to provide email information with your registration, this will delay your placement on an exam roster. Please
call the Region V office for exam confirmation if you do not have email access or an email address.
Q5. I sent in
my money order and registration information but now I need to cancel. Can I get a refund?
